bMod is looking for a strong leader and thinker with at least 2 or more years of production experience. With an impressive history of delivering top quality print and online/digital content, you’re accustomed to success and will accept nothing less. As a production manager/producer, you’re fully immersed in the culture around you and informed by the most current ideas, trends, and behaviours.

You Will

·         Work with creative colleagues to ensure their creative vision is brought to life across a variety of tactics from print (brochures, banners, posters, 3D and other innovative print solutions) to digital (Websites, Applications, Social, Online banners) and that production values are met
·         Create production work back schedules and estimates – validate project-plan feasibility with all collaborative departments (account, creative, studio, media partners)
·         Monitor and ensure production timelines and budgets are met for projects
·         Complete management of print production files – development of spec sheets, supervision of graphic production in collaboration with Studio Manager, coordination of production with various suppliers, knowledge of finishings, bindings, press options, screen printing, digital and laser production and final check/approvals
·         Research and/or manages selection of production vendors and suppliers (but has built relationships with key suppliers in the field)
·         Schedule and ensure completion of all phases of print and digital production to meet client deadlines
·         Sourcing and management of event and meeting suppliers and supplies
·         Maintain control of all invoices and actualize budgets in collaboration with account team and finance team
·         Keep up to date with latest technology

You Bring

·         Have 2 or more years of experience as an Integrated Producer or as a Print Producer/Production Manager in a similar role
·         Have relationships and experience with local and national print production suppliers
·         Have experience with digital medias
·         Have experience dealing with UDA, ACTRA and related unions is a bonus
·         A can-do attitude to bring creative and innovative ideas to life – if we can think it up, you can make it into a reality!
