Account Manager

bMod Communications is looking for a new team member for the position of Account
Manager.

As an Account Manager, you’ll be…
- Managing all aspects of project execution, from start to finish
- Communicating information from VPs/AD to writers/studio through written briefs and through day-to-day communication
- Communicating day-to-day progress to clients and leading weekly status meetings
- Overseeing budgeting and timeline management in partnership with finance
- Reading all PAAB/med/reg correspondences and providing input/direction
- Creating presentations for client
- Being a part of brainstorming and idea generation
- Being a part of quality control process
- Supporting and coordinating non-project activities (pitches/internal meetings/functions) as needed
To thrive, you’ll need…
- A Bachelor’s degree (business or science preferred)
- Experience working in an advertising or communications agency (pharma and/or digital experience is a plus)
- A clear understanding of integrated marketing, business, brands
- A proven ability as day-to-day client contact
- A forward-thinking, collaborative mindset

Operations and administrative career in healthcare advertising – 18-month contract

bMod Communications, a Montreal-based advertising & communications agency, is looking for a new team member for the position of Client Service Operations Coordinator.
We offer a hybrid working environment with flexible hours. Our hybrid policy is a minimum of 3 days per week in-office and up to 2 days per week working from home. If you’ve got energy, passion, and an interest in marketing/medicine/science, drop us a line!
As Client Service Operations Coordinator, you will:
- Manage various tasks related to project management systems, ensuring that projects are on track, deadlines are met, and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Support and coordinate project activation in company systems (Teams, JIRA)
- Assist with PAAB/ASC/MLR submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate translation requests as needed, facilitating effective communication across languages.
- Organize and maintain working files for packaging projects, ensuring accessibility and version control.
- Collaborate with the Med Ed team to provide administrative and logistical support
- Act as a floater to support brand teams during vacation or peak periods, ensuring continuity of operations.
- Assist with event planning and execution, including logistics coordination and on-site support, as needed.
We are looking for someone who…
- Experience and knowledge in pharmaceutical marketing
- Experience with PAAB and regulatory bodies submissions
- Enjoys working on a team and collaborating with cross-functional departments
- Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail.
- Is highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Possesses a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
- Can work independently and is a self-starter
- Based in Montreal to support local events and meetings.
