Account Coordinator

As an Account Coordinator, you’ll be…

  • Supporting the client service team as the backbone of project and timeline management
  • Creating and revising estimates
  • Creating timelines, tracking a project’s progress
  • Communicating this progress in status reports
  • Communicating internally via production lists/meetings
  • Knowing where a job is and when it’s due back
  • Moving jobs through PAAB/medical/regulatory review – and staying abreast of changes
  • Opening new project jobs
  • Coordinating with studio and QA (proofreading etc.)
  • Supporting and coordinating non-project activities (pitches/internal meetings/functions) as needed

  • A Bachelor’s degree (business or science preferred)
  • Experience working in an advertising agency (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Overseeing Account Coordinators on a day-to-day basis
  • Managing all aspects of project execution, from start to finish
  • Communicating information from AD to writers/studio through written briefs

  • Reading all PAAB/med/reg correspondences and providing input/direction

bMod Communications is looking for a highly motivated and driven Project Manager to join our team.

By joining bMod’s Department of Program Management, you will collaborate with extraordinary team members across multiple departments to deliver on project specific goals for a wide range of print, digital, strategic, and live initiatives within the pharma space.

As a Project Manager, you will champion the project development process and workflow from kick off to delivery, which will include the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the internal project team, ensuring expectations, deadlines, and task ownership is clearly communicated, understood and met throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Swift mastery and effective use of our web-based project management tool, to ensure development processes are respected and projects are delivered on time, on budget and within scope.
  • Timeline initiation and ongoing management.
  • Proactive risk management– Elevating potential issues to the DPM while providing creative solutions to mitigate potential risks.
  • Ensure smooth and highly efficient content handoff with internal department (e.g., studio, QA, programming).
  • Ongoing communication of project progress with Client services team – via status report updates, recurring status meetings, and reporting.
  • Oversee the movement of projects through client review processes and applicable external review processes.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

To thrive, you’ll need…

  • Bachelor’s degree (business or science preferred).
  • Proven work experience managing multiple and complex projects in the healthcare industry, pharmaceutical marketing and/or pharmaceutical advertising industries.
  • An understanding of integrated marketing, business, brands and science.

Web designer

bMod Communications is looking for a new team member for the position of Web Designer.

Currently, we are working covid-remote from home. If you’ve got energy, passion, and an interest in marketing/medicine/science, drop us a line!

We are looking for a Web Designer who will be responsible for creating great websites for our clients. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for client websites, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with our clients’ branding. You will be working closely with our creative and web development teams to ensure a proper and hassle-free implementation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent visual design skills and be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, Sketch, Zeppelin and Invision

 

Web Designer Responsibilities

  • Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients.
  • Testing and improving the design of the website.
  • Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
  • Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
  • Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.
