CHE Project Coordinator

As a Continuing Health Education Project Coordinator, you will be involved in the planning, and execution of logistics for a wide range of accredited and unaccredited medical education programs, events, and meetings within live, virtual and hybrid platforms.

Position Summary

The CHE Project Coordinator brings planning and logistics management expertise to a project team as a key contact for faculty, participants and vendors to support effective implementation of logistics for Continuing Health Education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for researching, planning, confirming and execution of all logistical details for educational programs to ensure program objectives, timelines and budgets are respected.
  • Contribute to the executional excellence of CHE initiatives with expertise on virtual meeting platforms, live venues, A/V capabilities & requirements, Food & Beverage planning, etc.
  • Take ownership of logistics and facilitation for virtual meetings from a technical aspect.
  • Professional and clear communication with HCP faculties and meeting attendees, regarding logistical details and other technical requirements as needed.
  • Diligent procurement management and negotiation with vendors to ensure best quality & value of goods & services.
  • Clear communication of details and expectations with vendors to ensure smooth execution of logistics and contract & invoice accuracy.
  • Work closely with CHE Project Managers to ensure accurate project budget tracking and final reconciliation.
  • On-site event coordination, as needed, for live, hybrid, and virtual meetings.


To thrive, you’ll need…

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven work experience in event planning/coordinating, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceutical marketing and/or medical education industries.
  • Experience and ease with planning and running virtual and/or hybrid events and meetings.
  • Ability and confidence to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and HCP faculties and participants.
  • Mastery of organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellence in communication (written & verbal).
  • A keen attention to detail, and a proactive “take ownership” attitude.
  • A forward-thinking, collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel
  • Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom Webinars, others) is a must.
  • Knowledge of project management software (e.g., JIRA, WorkFront, others).

CHE Account Director

bMod Communications is looking for a new team member in the position of CHE Account Director.

As a CHE Account Director, you will serve as the Account lead on all client initiatives and work with our cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction. You will work on a wide range of accredited and unaccredited medical education programs, events, and meetings, and ensure that projects are developed in line with educational goals and strategic direction. You will:

  • Be an account lead who works closely with internal teams and clients, providing direction and defining priorities to drive the successful execution of projects.
  • Develop, prepare and present planning and proposals that meet and exceed client needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients by providing ongoing strategic support and proactively assessing customer needs.
  • Oversee the financial health of the account, approving estimates and invoicing and being aware of the financial standing of all projects.
  • Work with the senior leadership team on business development opportunities, including new opportunities and finding opportunities for growth with current clients.
  • Review written briefs and direct creative resources accordingly.
  • Review plans and designs at key stages of the project.
  • Be part of the quality-control process (proofing).
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on target and within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and execution.
  • Assist in brainstorming sessions and developing innovative project proposals specific to client needs.


To thrive, you’ll need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (business or science preferred).
  • 5+ years’ experience working in an advertising agency or pharma industry with a focus on educational projects and materials.
  • A strong grasp of and experience with CHE processes including accreditation, and with medical education regulations such as the IMC code.
  • A clear understanding of integrated marketing, business, brands and science.
  • Proven ability building client relationships, thinking strategically and growing business.

Reporting to the Creative Director, the Medical Writer is responsible for writing and collaborating on medical marketing materials in accordance with the standards of the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Creates medical copy for promotional and educational materials that can achieve brand strategic goals within the PAAB/ASC regulatory frameworks, while respecting timelines
  • Partners with Account Services team, Art Directors, Creative Copywriters and Clients to produce deliverables that meet communication objectives
  • Ensures scientific accuracy
  • References copy according to standards of the client’s Medical/Regulatory/Legal departments and PAAB/ASC
  • Ensures application of the PAAB Code in creating written materials, researches arguments and negotiates with PAAB reviewers to defend copy content/creative direction
  • Ensures compliance with agency process, client guidelines and style guide

Account Coordinator

bMod Communications is looking for a new team member for the position of Account Coordinator.

If you’ve got energy, passion, and an interest in marketing/medicine/science, drop us a line!

As an Account Coordinator, you’ll be…

  • Supporting the client service team as the backbone of project and timeline management
  • Creating and revising estimates
  • Creating timelines, tracking a project’s progress
  • Communicating this progress in status reports
  • Communicating internally via production lists/meetings
  • Knowing where a job is and when it’s due back
  • Moving jobs through PAAB/medical/regulatory review – and staying abreast of changes
  • Opening new project jobs
  • Coordinating with studio and QA (proofreading etc.)
  • Supporting and coordinating non-project activities (pitches/internal meetings/functions) as needed
