What you’ll do

We’re looking for an Art Director/Designer who can move fluidly between conceptual thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Concept & Creative Development

  • Contribute to creative ideation across campaigns and projects
  • Translate briefs into clear visual concepts and design directions
  • Collaborate with copywriters and senior creatives to shape integrated ideas

Design & Execution

  • Execute high-quality design across:
    • Digital assets (emails, banners, social, web components)
    • Campaign rollouts and adaptations
    • Branded materials and toolkits
  • Own work from concept through final delivery with strong attention to detail

Presentation Design

  • Create and refine PowerPoint presentations
  • Ensure consistency, polish, and brand alignment across decks

Systems & Rollout

  • Build and maintain design systems and templates in Figma
  • Support efficient rollout of campaigns across multiple formats and channels
  • Ensure files are organized, scalable, and easy for teams to use

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Creative Resource Manager to oversee the planning, allocation, and optimization of creative resources across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Resource Management

  • Own allocation of work across internal team and freelance resources
  • Balance workloads to optimize team utilization and efficiency
  • Partner with VP/Creative Directors to proactively identify resourcing gaps and needs
  • Collaboration on timelines, milestones, and deliverables with accounts team

Project Coordination

  • Oversee day-to-day workflow and task tracking
  • Identify risks and flag capacity or timing issues early
  • Act as a central point of coordination between:
    • Creative
    • Account
    • Freelance / external partners

Data & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze utilization, capacity, and workload trends
  • Use data to inform resourcing decisions and process improvements

Proficiencies

  • Wrike (or similar project/resource management tools)
  • Strong organizational and project management accreditation
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret and act on capacity metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication and problem-solving skills
