Job description
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable web solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full web development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

Responsibilities

  • Work with creative teams and client services to ideate web solutions
  • Design client-side and server-side architecture
  • Build the front-end of websites and applications through appealing visual design
  • Develop and manage well-functioning databases and interactive solutions
  • Write effective APIs
  • Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
  • Create security and data protection settings
  • Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
  • Write technical documentation


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
  • Experience developing web and mobile applications
  • Familiarity with common stacks
  • Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
  • Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and
  • JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js, PHP, Rubby)
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache and AWS) and UI/UX design
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • An analytical mind
  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field

As an AI / Python Developer, you should have strong proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks. You should be comfortable working with large datasets, developing algorithms, and integrating AI models into larger systems. You should also be a collaborative team player with a knack for problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with creative teams, client services, data scientists, and domain experts to identify opportunities for and design AI solutions relevant to marketing, medicine, and science.
  • Design, build, train, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.
  • Develop and manage robust data pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
  • Write clean, scalable, and production-ready Python code.
  • Develop and maintain APIs for model deployment and integration.
  • Test, evaluate, and validate AI models for performance, accuracy, fairness, and robustness.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade AI systems and models.
  • Implement security and data protection best practices, especially when handling sensitive data.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML research, technologies, and best practices.
  • Write clear technical documentation for models, code, and processes.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python is essential.
  • Deep knowledge of Python libraries and frameworks relevant to AI/ML (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning), and best practices.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Familiarity with data storage solutions (e.g., SQL, NoSQL databases) and working with large datasets.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and their AI/ML services is a plus.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
